Dr. Vinit Mehrotra

Dr. Vinit Mehrotra is a highly trained neurologist and clinical neurophysiologist with more than two decades of medical experience across India and the United States. He began his medical education in 1992, completing medical school and subsequently pursuing multiple residency programs in both Allahabad and New Delhi from 1993 through 2001. These formative years provided extensive clinical exposure, allowing him to build a solid foundation in general medicine and neurological sciences.

In 2002, Dr. Mehrotra relocated to the United States to further expand his training. He completed a medicine internship in Jersey City, New Jersey, gaining valuable experience in patient care within the U.S. healthcare system. Motivated by a strong interest in neurological disorders, he continued advanced specialty training by completing a neurology residency at Seton Hall University in Edison, New Jersey from 2002 to 2005.

Following his residency, Dr. Mehrotra pursued a prestigious fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. His fellowship provided expertise in EEG, EMG, neuromuscular conditions, and advanced neurodiagnostic procedures—strengthening his skill set in complex neurological evaluations.

After finishing his fellowship, Dr. Mehrotra moved to Fort Worth, Texas, where he entered private practice. He has since been committed to providing comprehensive neurological care to the community.

Dr. Mehrotra earned board certification in Neurology in 2007 from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, followed by board certification in Vascular Neurology in 2008. His diverse training, specialization in neurophysiology, and dedication to patient care make him a respected and trusted expert in his field.
